Can I cancel my membership?Yes, you can cancel your membership in the PassPass app at anytime.

When Will the Current Birdi Card be cancelled?If you are migrating from the Legacy Birdi card system, we will cancel your existing card at the time you register for PassPass. All Birdi Members will be required to migrate by January 1st, 2025.

Do my friends and family play for free if I'm a member?All players 18+ are required to have registered for the $5 membership card to access Birdi Golf. It can be cancelled at anytime. Children 17 and under are not required.

What if I am a member and there is no availability?We do our best to accommodate all golfers, however, all bay rentals are first come first serve, so make sure you book your round as soon as you can and check back frequently for cancellations or changes.

What is different about the luxury lounge?The luxury lounge includes 2 more private, upscale bays. You can book one or both and have your own space. It is $55 / hour per bay.

How long does it take to play 18 holes?A group of 2 can play 18 holes in about 1.5 hours with a short warm up, a group of 4 can play 18 holes in roughly 3 hours.

How many people can play at a time?You can have up to 6 players at one time in a bay

How much is it to rent a bay?It is $55 per hour per standard premium bay and $60 per hour for a luxury lounge bay. These prices are for the entire group, not per person.
